  • Bay Breeze Backs WebPAS for Personic Ezaccess Users
  •    VCG Inc., and Bay Breeze Technology Center, a premier Human Capital Management training and implementation provider, have announced plans to provide training, implementation and migration assistance to Personic's EZaccess users that adopt VCG's WebPAS® solution. Under terms of the agreement, VCG will provide the software, technical support and ongoing support.

  • StaffSuite 3.0 Nearing General Availability!
  •    Beta testing is nearly done on StaffSuite 3.0! After completing its thorough Beta testing, also known as "bug squashing", StaffSuite 3.0 will be immediately implemented at several client sites.

    Beta clients have expressed their appreciation for the new features and functionalities, plus the many other usability improvements. All are excited about what the optional StaffSuite WorldLink module will be able to do for their business - as it will integrate a number of core StaffSuite functions with their own Web site in real- time!

  • Welcome to Some Old Hands - and Babies!
  •    It's with a great deal of happiness that VCG welcomes back some familiar faces to a lot of VCG clients, Scott Kemp and Dan Kehoe. Scott Kemp has rejoined the Application support team where he will be supporting our TempWare-V and StaffSuite clients and will be available for Implementations/training as needed. Dan returns to VCG in a pure sales position, working the Western territory as District Manager.

    Dan is also doing some short-term double duty as he fills in for Southeast territory District Manager Sandy Carter, who is out on maternity leave following the successful delivery of her healthy 10 lb., 7 oz. (!) newborn baby, Mason Alexander Carter, on August 20th.

  •    The Fall conference season is always a busy time for staffing firms and VCG alike. If you've already made plans to attend any of the major staffing conferences in Florida (ASA, NTSA, and NACCB), you'll be able to see the exciting new releases of StaffSuite and WebPAS.

  • Customer Support Automated Surveys To Provide Data For Improving Services
  •    One of the most valuable ways to improve services is to measure exactly how we are doing and then make changes based upon feedback. We are pleased to announce that effective October 1st VCG will be rolling out an automated Customer Satisfaction Survey. Basically, we've integrated our internal customer relationship system with our website. The survey process works so that on a random basis, when a case is closed, an email will be sent to the originator of the case. This email will contain details concerning the case, and a link to our website and a short (5 question) survey. The information gathered will be analyzed to help improve our service.

    We are excited to be able to get immediate feedback on the services we provide. Results of the surveys will be shared with customers at our annual users meeting. We feel so strongly about getting this feedback that we are offering an incentive to complete the form. Each month we will draw the name of someone who responded during the previous month. That person will be entered into a drawing to be held one month prior to the Annual VCG User Meeting for the Grand Prize which is (drum roll please...) an all expenses paid trip to the next VCG User Meeting. Thank you in advance for taking the time to share your experience with us. By working together we will continue to strive to provide you the best service possible.
